Mobile medical care in Zambia INMED International Medicine Certificate Enrollment Fee Instructions The INMED International Medicine Certificate enrollment fee of $900, which includes a $150 deposit, is due within 30 days of acceptance. If for any reason you must cancel your enrollment, seventy-five percent of the enrollment fee is refundable up to 60 days prior to beginning the elective. If you complete all requirements of the International Medicine Certificate Program, the $150 deposit will be returned to you. Upon receiving your enrollment fee, INMED will immediately proceed with arranging your international medicine elective. You will be contacted throughout the process.
