Micah Flint, MPA, is INMED Chief Programs Officer, former INMED CEO, and a graduate of the Disaster Management program at Park University. Micah serves on the board of directors for Samaritan Emergency Medical Search and Rescue, an international non-governmental organization that provides disaster training and response. |

Kyle McPhee, MS, CEM, EMT-B, is an emergency management consultant that has worked with various entities including: the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Prior to consulting, Kyle worked as Manager of Global Crisis Response for Heart to Heart International, Coordinator for Safety and Emergency Preparedness at Saint Luke's Hospital, and a Planner for Emergency Services and Homeland Security for the Mid-American Regional Council. |

Michael Curry, is the Director of Emergency Preparedness for Jackson County. He is a Level II Certified Emergency Manager through the state of Missouri. As the Director of Emergency Preparedness for Jackson County, his office is responsible for developing and maintaining critical disaster and crisis capabilities on a 24/7 basis, with the department’s primary responsibility based in Eastern Jackson County. Mr. Curry currently serves as Gov. Nixon’s co-chair for the Faith Based Initiative Shelter Program for the state of Missouri. |
