Participants will receive access to all event activities, training handouts and presentations, snacks, and lunch. The following prices are per person:

Discount rates are available for groups of five or more. Please contact office@inmed.us or 816-444-6400 for more details.
Pre-Registration is preferred. We may not be able to provide meals or accommodate session selections for onsite registrants.
| REFUND POLICY |
A $20 processing fee will be required for cancellations received in writing by March 1, 2012. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2012.
